At RSeat, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the specialized nature and value of our racing simulator chairs and setups, we have a specific returns policy in place:
We accept returns for products with latent defects, which are manufacturing faults that were not apparent upon delivery. If you believe your product has a latent defect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photos or videos as evidence.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for products where the packaging or box has been opened, unless the product has a latent defect as described above.
If your product is not up to standard due to a latent defect or a fault on our part, we are happy to offer a swap-out or replacement with the same product. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty product and deliver a replacement to you as soon as possible.
